Fan Art - Khal Drogo

A self initiated illustration, painted using watercolours, acrylics and coloured pencil on Bockingford 300 gsm cold pressed watercolour paper.

This was a particularly challenging piece as the shadows and highlights across his body really contrast, and getting all that skintone even was a long process. To date this is still one of my favourite paintings, not just because it's Khal Drogo!
