Previous ProjectHumpback Whale - A Study
In preparation for a large scale acrylic painting, I painted a preliminary study to work out the composition and colour for the final piece. I wanted to create a story within the body of the whale, linking the mother and calf with the whale that they are swimming within.
Created on Winsor & Newton hot pressed watercolour paper using watercolours and white acrylic.
