Stephen Hawking

On the 14th March 2018, the world lost an incredible man. His insights shaped modern cosmology and inspired global audiences in the millions, and so with that I wanted to create a portrait that captured his brightness, and humour. Created on Strathmore toned grey paper, using a mechanical pencil and Faber Castel Polychromos for hi-lights.
