A commissioned portrait of a soon-to-be-married couple as a wedding gift. I was asked to include the wedding invitation in some way in to the painting as well as keeping an element of my own style within there too. The invite is a beautiful warm and intense collection of colour, with brightly coloured flowers. It was an incredibly fun painting to create as I'd never used so much colour in one piece before.
Measuring 42 x 59cm, created in watercolour, coloured pencil and acrylic on Bockingford cold pressed watercolour paper.
